Terms & Conditions for Room Bookings

1.) Booking Confirmation

    • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as per the hostel’s booking policy.
    • Bookings made via Online Travel Agencies (OTA) are considered confirmedas long as  they appear in our system with valid payment status.
    • Guests must provide a valid government-issued identity card (KTP or Passport) at check-in.

2.) Check-in and Check-out

    • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is before 12:00 AM.
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.) Cancellation Policy

    • All reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances..

4.) Changes to Bookings

    • Changes to bookings (e.g., dates, room type) are subject to availability and may incur an adjustment fee. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.

5.) Room Occupancy

    • Each room has a specified maximum occupancy. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
    • Dormitory rooms are shared spaces; guests are expected to respect others’ privacy and belongings.

6.) House Rules

    • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of all rooms and common indoor areas. A cleaning fee of amount will be charged for violations 2-3 times cost of room.
    • Guests are responsible for keeping their room keys safe. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of amount.

7.) Damage or Loss

    • Guests are liable for any damages caused to hostel property during their stay.
    • Charges for damages will be added to the final bill.
    • The hostel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

8.) Payment

    • The total amount for the stay must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

9. Pets

    • Pets are not allowed.

10. Right to Refuse Service

    • The hostel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who fails to comply with the terms and conditions or exhibits inappropriate behavior.

11.) Force Majeure

    • The hostel is not liable for failure to fulfill booking obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters,
      pandemics, or government regulations.

12. Refund Policy

    • Refunds for early check-outs are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Terms & Conditions for Tour Bookings

1.) Booking Confirmation

    • A tour booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment.
    • Guests must provide accurate contact details for communication regarding the tour.
    • For guests who are not staying at our hostel and cannot be reached for payment, as well as guests checking in late, tour participation can only be confirmed by completing our online tour confirmation form.

2.) Payment Policy

    • Full payment must be completed at least 6 hours before the tour start time unless otherwise agreed.
    • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.

3.) Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • All reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

    • Changes to the tour date or participant details are subject to availability and may incur an adjustment fee.
    • All change requests must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to the tour
      date.

5.) Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

    • The tour includes only the services explicitly stated in the itinerary (e.g., transportation, meals, entrance fees).
    • Expenses not mentioned, such as personal shopping, tips, and additional meals, are the responsibility of the guest.

6.) Guest Responsibilities

    • Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour start time. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the tour without a refund.
    • Guests are required to follow the guide’s instructions and adhere to local laws and customs during the tour.

7.) Health and Safety

    • Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may affect their participation in the tour.
    • The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest deemed unfit for the tour for safety reasons.

8.) Children and Minors

    • Children under 15 y.o must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Discounted rates for children, if applicable, are subject to age verification.

9.) Force Majeure

    • The organizer is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond their control.

10.) Liability

    • The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
    • Participation in the tour is at the guest’s own risk. The organizer will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the tour unless caused by gross negligence.

11.) Photography and Media

    • The organizer may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be included must inform the guide at the start of the tour.

12.) Complaints and Feedback

    • Any issues or complaints during the tour must be reported immediately to the guide or organizer for resolution.
    • Feedback is welcome and can be submitted via email or other designated platforms.

13.) Right to Cancel Participation

    • The organizer reserves the right to refuse or terminate a guest’s participation in the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the group. No refund will be issued in such cases
