1. No Refund Policy
All tour bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Weather & Natural Conditions: Bad weather, rain, thick fog, or poor visibility at viewpoints.
• Operational Closures: Partial or full closure of tourist attractions (e.g., crater rim, waterfall base, or trekking trails) by local authorities or park management for safety reasons.
• Guest Factors: Missed pick-up due to late arrival, personal changes, altitude fatigue, physical limitations, or cancellation on the guest’s side.
2. Weather, Road & Natural Conditions
• Outdoor views and activities are highly dependent on nature. Visibility and access may be reduced by rain, fog, or natural haze.
• Road closures, landslides, high river currents, or local government restrictions may affect the planned route or access to specific spots.
• No refunds or compensation will be issued due to these unpredictable natural conditions.
3. Force Majeure
• Any disruption caused by natural events (e.g., volcanic activity, toxic gases, landslides, trail collapse, or extreme weather) and government-mandated closures is beyond our control and does not qualify for a refund.
4. Peak Season & Weekend Conditions
• High Traffic: During weekends, public holidays, and high season, expect heavy traffic and long queues at tourist attractions, checkpoints, or transport hubs.
• Crowd Management: Popular spots will be very crowded. We strictly recommend following the guide’s suggested timing to secure the best possible experience.
• Strict Scheduling: Delays caused by heavy crowds or traffic are beyond our control. The itinerary may be adjusted on the spot to ensure the tour continues as smoothly as possible.
5. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling is allowed once only, subject to availability and remaining travel dates.
• Notice Period: Request must be made at least 1 day before the scheduled departure.
• Requests made after the notice period or once the tour has begun will not be accepted, and the payment will be forfeited.
6. Guest Responsibility
• Physical Readiness: Many tours involve challenging conditions, such as midnight hikes, steep/slippery trekking paths, or high altitudes. Guests must be physically fit and prepared for the specific terrain.
• Equipment: Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing (warm layers for mountains, trekking shoes for waterfalls) and following all safety instructions from local guides.
7. Safety & Behavior
• Guide Instructions: Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the local guide or trekking leader at all times.
• Activity Safety: Required safety equipment (such as gas masks or trekking gear) must be used as instructed during specific activities.
• Guest Responsibility for Accidents: Any accident caused by the guest’s own negligence, whether resulting in no injury, injury, trauma, disability, or death, shall be the sole responsibility of the guest and shall not be covered or borne by the tour and travel service provider.
• Prohibitions: Disruptive behavior, littering, or any action that endangers oneself or others is strictly prohibited.
• Right to Terminate: The operator reserves the right to terminate a guest’s participation if their behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, with no refund issued.
